Hello everybody! My name is Siti Fairuz,also known as ct5ruz.Thanks for dropping by at my blog. I've had experience covering weddings and potraits sessions all over Malaysia but whenever i travel between places either local or overseas,i will always bring my gears around to capture the serene beauties of the people and places and share the pictures with the rest of the world.Being able to be in a lot of countries allow me to mix and mingle with a lot of people from different cultures and lifestyle.This way makes me appreciate life and people around me more.     Miri International Jazz Festival aims to be the leading tourism-driven music festival in the region. By assembling regionally and internationally recognised, jazz musicians, the musical event aims to draw visitors to Miri and the Northern Region of Sarawak for a fun-filled and entertaining experience and at the same time showcasing Miri as a city of cosmopolitanism and relaxing lifestyle.The Miri International Jazz Festival is organised by the Sarawak Tourism Board in collaboration with a select group of committee members from the private sectors [1] .As for this year,it was held at The Pavilion,Parkcity Everly Hotel from 14th to 15th May 2010.

    Zee Avi,a New York-based singer, Malaysian-born singer-songwriter performed live at KL Life Centre on March 20th 2010. A petite girl but with big guitar,big heart and big talent. Among her popular songs include Poppy,Honeybee,Bitter Heart and Kantoi. It was a 45 minutes show and indeed, the hall was full with people since 6pm and the tix was sold out a week before the show actually started.

    “It’s good to be home,and i’m full with nasi lemak,roti telur,roti sardin,nasi kandar….” she said right before she performed the first song.LOLOL! Well, i can’t deny Malaysia as nom-nom heaven. Hehe!

    She invited the most important man in her life,her Dad to the stage.Hugged him,kissed him and said thank you for letting her do this. It was an emotional moment and everybody was like “Aaaawwwww” to see that.

    To sum it up, the show was a blast! I wish and hope that Zee Avi will come back with much more better songs. Caiyok and “Malaysia Boleh!”
