It has been 2 months since the last time i posted something in this blog, and i can say that i was having such a hard time to find a way or perhaps a suitable words to begin with. I know this post kinda ‘basi’ already, but hey my schedule was super pack for the past few months. I thought of posting all the pics up in July, but i was terribly sick due to viral conjunctivitis that kept me stranded in quarantine mode for 3 weeks at home. I could not go to work or out in public places because it is contagious, and i could not even watch tv or surfing the Internet via my iPhone as the lights really strained my eyes. And if i need to go out, i need to put on my shades does not matter whether it is day or night. Tell me guys, who won’t feel bored after being stranded at home for more than a week without doing anything but just sleep and stocking up in pills and eye dropper. In fact, i felt totally like an idiot being the only person in cinema hall watching Harry Potter 7 with the sunnies on when it was not even a 3D.  In fact, during that 3 weeks period it wasn’t just conjunctivitis but i also had fever, flu and sore throat along the way. Ah nice, here comes all of those in one combo huh?! Geez man! Conjunctivitis is like the worst of all, you can’t do anything to heal rather than just run the course! Alrite, enough blabbering about the conjunctivitis as it is obviously nothing to do with the rest of these pics that i’ve uploaded. All that matters now, i’m back in shape, fine and healthy. Alhamdulilah.

I was in Shanghai in May and it was still Spring when i reached there. The flight journey took about 5 hours from KLIA via MAS. This trip also cover some suburb places like Suzhou and Hangzhou. Since i captured so many pics, i decided to post them in up in separate entries. As the title referred, this entry was about Yuyuan Garden, located in Shanghai city itself. Not so much that i can recall of Yuyuan, except it is a national historical garden with a lot of bazaars selling all those handcrafts and souvenirs.

I remember this old lady approached me begging for money, but instead of giving her what she begged i hold my camera up and took few snaps of her pic. She covered her face right away and as i passed her by, she tapped my arm and said something in Mandarin. With my little Mandarin skills that i have, all i understand that she said  she felt a bit uneasy as i refused to give her money but took her pics willy nilly. (Nasib kau la makcik oii..!! Haha).

    Starbucks,it’s everywhere. Halal toyyiban!! Haha.

This little creature is so easy on eyes, well something nice to look at than those ‘sepet’ faces everywhere! Haha.

The first thing i noticed when i first met Aina was – ‘tinggi nya budak ni’.Hehehe.Really,she’s really tall. And at first we did not talk with each other much cos too much distracted with other things during Dy’s Hen Party (only those people who were there know what i meant…LOL!). Anyway, the second time i met her was during Dy’s wedding. I just saw her stood at one corner alone, observing people (maybe..), talking with nobody. Then i came and approach her to say  hello and asked her to add me in her FB, so that easy for me to share the ‘dirty pics’ with her and the rest of the clans. Hahahah! Was quite surprise to receive a buzz from her after 5 months as she asked me to capture her engagement pics. I was so happy, indeed. And grateful for the honor and trust, to be truth. The event went smooth and well with the presence of nearest and dearest. One of the simplest engagement i’ve ever captured but yet everything ran perfectly calm. Alhamdulillah. To Aina & Azrai, congrats and happy engagement to both of you. May both of you complete this with a wedding chapter. You both are so made for each other – the macho Azrai & beautiful Aina.

Yaya charms Azrai with the flower and her mother was helping her too.Awww sooo sweettt!!!

The camwhoring session with all the girls….Hahaha!! This is Take 1….

    This is Take 2…..

    Take 3……

    Take 4…. finally!! Haha.

    Aina : I’m engaged now.Yeayy!!!

My favorite shot for the night- Aina and her cute baby niece. Her name is Matahari, nick Tari. OMG,she’s so chubby and so so adorable. I couldn’t help but just to look at her. I love her thick black messy ‘just woke up from sleep’ hair, her black eyes and i love love her muscular thighs. Look how cute she is when she smiles…isn’t she precious? *my heart melts*

    • Siti Fairuz : u r welcome Aina. tqvm for the trust too.glad to know that u love all the pics. see u on 22 Oct then, insya Allah :)
    • Aina Nawawi : Fairuz!!! Love love love LOOOOOOVEEEEEE your photos SOO much!!! Thank you so much & hope you can photograph our nikah & reception too. :)))) By the way i first knew of your professional photography work when i checked out your diving photos on fb, i went to your wall to see more photos and saw the link for this page. Lucky me!! It has truly been an honour to have you photograph our special moment. We both appreciate it so much, thanks again!

    • Siti Fairuz : ade masenye kena pki flash ade masenye tidak.bergantung pd gambar camne yg kite nk compose.tp jgn ckp smpi x perlu sbb flash ade kegunaannye.besides lighting, flash bole vibrantkn lg true colors of the subject n freeze the subject.tapi kena jaga spy flash yg bounce tu x terlalu harsh.klu flash tu x perlu, there's no point of the manufacturer invented one.flash will give feel to the subject.but then again,i will keep on practising :)
    • reen : i strongly wants you to practise taking pix underwater without using the flash. Flash buat ikan tu berpinar2. Takut mrk stress. kalau sorang je bawa kamera takpe. Ini sampai 4-6 biji kamera skali tangkap berdas2 kat ikan. Sure berpinau ikan tu
    • reen : takpe 5ruz...lelama ko will get the hang of it. Take time finding your own mojo for the underwater pix. Masa buat swimtru mmg best
